Hi lovelies! 😀 I hope you all had an awesome weekend! I had lots of fun with my family. We worked at my dad’s gym, went and saw the movie God’s Not Dead (it was awesome), and yesterday, we went to a Military Festival. I wore a clean, simple makeup look to the festival. Here it is:

Preparing the Skin for Makeup
The purpose of preparing the skin for makeup is so that the skin looks its absolute best, is protected, and so that the makeup looks flawless.
HYGIENE is important when beginning any makeup application. Make sure you have hand sanitizer on you or that you wash your hands before touching your client’s skin. Brushes should be clean and makeup products should be disinfected before the appointment. I like to carry hand sanitizer on me during the makeup application and use it in front of my client so that she feels comfortable if my hands come in contact with her skin.

Hiya Crazies!:D So, I was just searching around Pinterest for makeup inspiration yesterday, and found this outfit collage inspired by nautical designs. When I think of sailors, and the sea, I think of maybe white and light blue makeup, but I wanted to change it up. I opted for a dark lid, neutral crease, and a smokey glitter lower lash line. I LOVE how this look turned out! Hope you do too:

On my daily stroll down Facebook Ave. a photographer friend of mine shared a link entitled “Is Harvard Student Bringing Down The Beauty Industry”.
