Hey Crazies!

Today’s look is a bright and colorful one, as I used the Urban Decay Electric Palette. I wanted to do a look with the color fringe (a gorgeous deep shimmer teal) and came up with this pink purple and blue dramatic look.

Hope you Like!

I did a cut crease, and a sharp wing using scotch tape on the outer eye area.

Review: Maybelline + Wet n’ Wild

Hey Crazies!

Today I have another review for you. 😀 I went to Rite Aid the other day looking for a face powder, cuz my other one was almost gone. So I saw the Maybelline Fit Me! and decided to get that one. As for the lipsticks, I’ve been wanting a dark vampy red and purple, and I saw a Revlon one, and it looked gorgeous, but then I turned the corner of the aisle, and there was a bunch of Wet n Wild lipsticks as well. So instead of getting one Revlon for almost $9, I got Wet n’ Wild for $1.99 each.

Onto the review!

IMG_4386

Packaging:

This powder was around $8, and for that price, this packaging is really awesome. It has a good-quality mirror, an actually very good quality sponge, and the powder on the top layer.

So packaging gets 5 stars!

IMG_4388

Bare Skin.

IMG_4389

With the Maybelline Powder only. (didn’t use foundation)

This powder is incredible!!! It’s for Normal to Oily skin types, and it totally mattifies and completely gets rid of the look of pores. completely. It lasts a really long time, and is very smooth and comfortable on the skin. I would highly recommend this powder.

5 stars!

IMG_4390

Packaging:

Very sleek and professional for a $2 lipstick! Easy to organize, and has a clear cap, and the color and name on the bottom, so you can organize them facing up for down, and still know which lipstick it is.

IMG_4391

Cherry Bomb.

Vamp It Up

Both of these lipsticks are extremely pigmented, and very smooth and easy to put on. And because they’re so cheap, I am definitely going to buy a lot more!

Well that’s it for my little review, hope you enjoyed!

Have an amazing, beautiful day!

Xoxo,

Ava 😀 ❤

LOTD: Girly Glitter

Hey Crazies!

Today’s makeup is a pink and purple glitter, winged eyeliner look. Even though it is bright, the layout of the look is still wearable. (I think) 😉 I also added matte brown in the crease and a light gold on the lower lash line to bring down the bright glitter. And instead of going for a blacked-out waterline, I went with a nude colored one, which also keeps the look more natural. And of course, you can use more of a light-colored glitter, because I went for bright.

So here we go:

Review: The Color Workshop Eyeshadow Palettes

Hey Crazies!

I have another review for you today! This one I’ve been wanting to put up for a while, and just haven’t gotten around to it. So, the palettes I’m reviewing/swatching today are both from The Color Workshop.

Onto the review!

IMG_4333

This first palette contains 24 unique eyeshadow colors.

IMG_4334

IMG_4335

Taken in daylight.

What I always say about The Color Workshop Eyeshadows, is that the colors are so unique. You won’t find most of these colors anywhere else.

IMG_4336

With flash.

All but 2 of these eyeshadows came on smooth and pigmented. The 2 that were less pigmented were the light pale lavender color, and the smokey plum shade. My favorite shades are the teals, the reds, and the olive green. But I love all of them! I would recommend this palette to anyone who likes a great range of unique, fun colors.

IMG_4337

I don’t think this palette is sold anymore, I believe it was a Holiday Palette, but I’m going to share it anyway. 🙂

IMG_4340

This palette contains 12 gorgeous shades.

It also contains a cream eyeliner pencil in a brown shade, but I didn’t get it in the picture. woops hehe 😛

IMG_4342

With flash.

Every single one of these unique shades came on very smooth, and extremely pigmented! The eyeliner is also a great smooth one, and it’s awesome for an eyeshadow base as well. My favorite shade in this palette is the copper shade, so gorgeous. I highly recommend this palette, it’s one of my all time faves, but again, I think it was a limited edition one. Sorry! But make sure to click the link below to see they’re new palettes. 😀

I hope you enjoyed this waaaaaay late review!

Have an amazing, beautiful day!

Xoxo, Ava 😀

Review: Maybelline Matte Mousse Foundation

Hey Crazies!

Today, I have a review for you of a foundation that I’ve been wanting to try for a while: The Maybelline Matte Mousse Foundation.

Here we go:

IMG_4265

IMG_4266

IMG_4267

When I first saw the foundation, it seemed a little small, but it’s deeper than it looks, and also, a little bit of this product goes a looong way.

IMG_4268

ingredients

IMG_4269

My color is Pure Beige, Medium 2.

IMG_4272

It does look really dark, and when i opened it, I was like ‘oh no….’ but it actually works, and sets a little bit lighter than it looks.

IMG_4275

No foundation

IMG_4276

Use a very light amount, you don’t need a lot of the product. It blends around fairly easy, and sets as well, so work with it without pause.

IMG_4277

I absolutely love how this foundation gives you a flawless, matte finish, but still gives a natural look.

This product cost $10.49 which is a pretty good price for how great this product is.

I give this product 5 stars!

Hope you enjoyed this little review!

Have you tried the Maybelline Matte Mousse Foundation? Comment what you think of it!

Have an amazing, beautiful day!
