LOTD: Bright Summer Makeup

Hey Crazies!

Today’s look is my ‘classic Summer look’ which always includes gold and teal on the eyes and bright pink lips. I also tried a washed out nude shade to show what a nude shade would look like, but you know me, and I ended up with bright pink.

So here we go:

Haul: Maybelline Color Tattoo Products!

Hey! Today I have a haul for you! I finally finished collecting all of the Maybelline Color Tattoos, and I also purchased some more Color Tattoo Pigments. 🙂

ImageImage

The last color tattoo I needed to complete the collection! Bad To The Bronze.

Image

I got 3 more of these: Potent Purple (shimmer) Wild Gold (shimmer/sparkle) Black Mystery (GORGEOUS teal sparkles in it).

Without a primer. 🙂

All of the pigments I have so far! 🙂

I now own ALL of the Maybelline Color Tattoos! I’m so so happy! 😀 😀 😀

See you all soon!<3 <Lucy 😀

Waterproof Makeup!

Hey hey hey! Today, I have a natural, everyday look for the days where you’d like to go swimming. I know summer is almost over (I should have done something like this earlier) 🙂 but I am still swimming as much as I can before I can’t at all-without freezing my legs off, that is. 😉

ImageImageImageImageImageImage

These are all of the products I used:

Image

I just brushed up my brows with this Elf Spooley Brush.

Image

For eyeshadow, I love using the Maybelline Color Tattoos, because they are waterproof, and there are many different color choices. I lightly defined my eyes with a Color Tattoo in Bad To The Bronze. (Review coming soon!) 😀

Image

For mascara, an AMAZING one is the Great Lash Waterproof by Maybelline. I used Great Lash Mascara in Dark Brown.

Image

On the lips, I would recommend just a clear lip gloss, because, if they slide of, there won’t be color streaks. This one is a clear, sparkly gloss by Donna Michelle.

Image

For blush, I would recommend cream blush; powders, liquids, and mousses will leave streaks. Something light and pink like this Maybelline Dream Bouncy Blush in Pink Frosting, will give you a natural colored glow.

Well, pretty simple and easy right? 😀 I hope this was helpful! See you all soon!-Lucy 😀 ❤

Birthday Haul #2!

Hey lovelies! I missed you! But now I am back with a haul of some more things that I got for my birthday. 😀 I took a trip to Target today, and I have been wanting to have all of the  Maybelline Color Tattoos, so I got 6 of them. Since I love them, and I already had 4, I thought that this month I could get every single one! 😀 Here are all of the Tattoos I got today:

ImageImage

Too Cool, Fierce and Tangy, Pomegranate Punk, Audacious Asphalt, Inked in Pink, and Gold Rush. (The last 2 are from the Maybelline Color Tattoo Metal Collection).

Image

Image

These are all of Color Tattoos so far! (The blue is Tenacious Teal, the purple is Painted Purple, the green is Edgy Emerald, and the light beige-y color is a Color Tattoo Metal in Barely Branded).

The colors are all so beautiful, and you can use these as a base, and eye shadow, in your waterline(s), and as mascara. They last all day, don’t smell weird, don’t melt, and they don’t change color with wear! I highly recommend them. 🙂 See you soon everybody!<Lucy 😀

A Different Cleopatra!

The shape of this fun and crazy look is inspired by Cleopatra, but the colors are not your usual classic Cleo black liner and bold colors! 🙂 Instead, I used more Spring time colors, like rose, peach, and green. I also added a picture tutorial!

The tutorial:

Image

Elf Primer in Alabaster.

Image

Next, take a peach eyeshadow from the Elf 100 Color Palette with the Mary Kay Eye Blending Brush.

Image

Put the color all over the upper lid and browbone.

Image

Next, take the 2nd on eyeshadow down in the 2nd row of the 1st layer 😛 from the Sephora Limited Ed. Makeup Kit. Pick the shadow up using the IL MAKIAGE Fluff Brush.

Image

Put the magenta shadow on the lid, and a bit in the crease.

Image

Then, pick up the dark green shadow from the Maybelline Eyeshadow Duo in Irish Mist with the Mary Kay Angled Eye Brush.

Image

Line the upper lashline, going thicker on the outer part.

Image

Take the line straight off of the lashline, making a wing.

Image

Then, follow the undereye line with the shadow, and end it with a point on the inner corner.

Image

Next, darken the shadow by mixing some of it with water.

Image

Next, take the Shany Limited Ed. Makeup Kit, and take one of the shimmery olive greens with the IL MAKIAGE 6W Brush.

Image

Put it on the outer corners, inside the line on the undereye.

Image

Then, using the same brush, put some of the magenta shadow that we used earlier on the middle space.

Image

Then, fill in the water line the same way.

Image

Take a fluffy domed brush, and pick up a shimmery light green from the Shany Kit.

Image

ImageOn the middle of the browbone, and also on the inner corner, above the point.Image For mascara, use Almay Intense icolor Macara in Black Emerald. Image

The finished product! 😀

I hope you liked this crazy look! Have a great day!<Lucy
