LOTD: Brightening, Minimal Everyday Makeup

Hey Crazies! If you didn’t see my last post, I was taking a short break because my family and I were moving, and then going out of town and it was too stressful to blog. But I’m back in the swing of things, so let’s just get right into this look.

Today’s look is this natural, everyday look, but it’s super eye opening, and very brightening for tired skin and eyes. Hope you like it! It’s very simple, using minimal products, so it’s very easy to create. πŸ™‚

LOTD: Bright Summer Makeup

Hey Crazies!

Today’s look is my ‘classic Summer look’ which always includes gold and teal on the eyes and bright pink lips. I also tried a washed out nude shade to show what a nude shade would look like, but you know me, and I ended up with bright pink.

So here we go:

Prom Makeup: Basic Peach

Hi loves! πŸ˜€ So, recently a bunch of my data got erased, so my computer is not working properly. So, I’ll be posting off of another computer for now, until I can hopefully get my own computer to start working again. (just though you ought to know) πŸ˜›

So, it’s Prom Season, and it only comes once a year, so you want to be able to have some fun with your looks. I created this look for the more natural person, who may not wear any makeup on a daily basis. This look can also totally work for just about anything! I did medium brown in the crease, clean brows, matte peach lid, clean black liner, and it all comes together as simple, yet so pretty. And guess what? It’ll match nearly every dress out there! πŸ˜€ (I made a tutorial too so incase you’d like to try this look out, you’ll know how). πŸ˜‰

Tutorial:

Image

1. Prime your eyes with a sheer, lightweight primer. I used Elf Eye Primer in Sheer.

Image

2. Fill in brows with a MATTE shade.Β I used Jordana Eye Shadow in Chocolate.

Image

3. For your brow bone, apply a light, skin tone, matte shade. I used Elf Marshmallow.

Image

4. For the crease, start off with a warm, light, shimmer brown shadow. I used an Elf eye shadow.

Image

5. For the lid, apply a matte peachy shade. I used Elf Peach Fuzz. I also defined the crease slightly more, using Elf Eye Shadow in Brownie.

Image

6. For this step, I lined my eyes fairly thickly using Elf Liquid Liner in Black.

Image

7. For the lower lash line, I went for a sheer silver shadow. And to add a touch of sparkle, I used a bit of Elf Glitter Liner in Stardust on the inner corners.

Image

8. Mascara, and done! πŸ™‚

ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

For the rest of the face, I used Elf Blush in Pink Passion, Maybelline Nude Lip Liner, and Clinique Long Last Gloss Wear n Bamboo Pink.

I hope you enjoyed, and found this helpful! πŸ˜€

Much love, Lucy ❀

Tutorial: Basic Smokey Eyes

Hello lovelies! πŸ˜€ I notice that one of the looks that women most want to learn to do is a simple smokey eye. So, here is a tutorial that I hope you will find helpful!

I was really happy on how this look turned out. If you want this to be more of a super quick smokey eye, all you have to do is take NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Black Bean, draw some on your lid, and easily blend up a bit with your ring finger. That’s an easy and super quick way to do a smokey look, in case your going straight from work to a night out, or are running out the door.

I hope you liked the look too! Much love, Lucy πŸ˜€

LOTD: Easy Holiday Makeup! (Clinique)

Hello again beauties! This look is a gorgeous, plum and champagne eye look with rosy lips, and gilded pink lips, that is very easy and quick to accomplish! πŸ˜€

ImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

For the whole look, I used the Clinique Color To Go Palette, one of my faves! If you’d like to see a review of the palette, I’d be happy to do one, just comment below! πŸ˜€ Anyway, I hope you liked the look, and I’ll see you soon! Much love, Lucy πŸ˜€

LOTD: Holiday Makeup: Touch Of Colors

Hello my lovelies! πŸ˜€ I wore this look to a rehearsal for a musical I’m in, and got lots of compliments on the colors, so I’m excited to char it with you, in case you want to wear this! I used a couple of eye shadows from the Elf 100 Color Palette.

Here is the outfit I wore with this πŸ˜‰

So, a really easy, yet festive, yet colorful, yet simple, yet still natural look in 2 eye shadows! I mean, what more could you need for a winter-y everyday look? πŸ˜€ I hope you liked this look! See you all very soon! Much, much love, Lucy πŸ˜€ ❀

LOTD: Simple Winter Makeup (for teens)

Hello beauties! Today’s look is something I wore over the weekend. Its super pretty, with just using a coupe of products. πŸ˜€

ImageImageImageImageImageImage

For the eyes, all you have to do is prime, lightly line the eyes with Maybelline Color Tattoo in Tenacious Teal, and mascara! Simple! πŸ˜€ For cheeks, light matte pink blush, and for lips, nude- y pink gloss. That’s it! See you very soon! Much love, Lucy πŸ˜€ ❀

LOTD: Simple Smokey Eyes Without Mascara

Hello lovelies! πŸ˜€ Today’s look is a simple smokey look, using no mascara, but the look still has definition:

All I used was a smokey gray finely milled eye shadow from Sephora lining the eyes with an angled brush, and in the crease (optional), and lining the waterlines (both) with black pencil-L’Oreal Pencil Perfect Eyeliner in Ebony. No mascara, blush, or eye primer! And there you go, a simple, gorgeous smokey eye easy to do in less than 30 seconds!!! πŸ˜€ I hope you liked this!<Lucy πŸ˜€

LOTD: Natural Fall Contoured Look

Hey lovelies! πŸ˜€ Today’s look is a pretty and natural contoured look for the coming Autumn months. This look only requires a few products, and it is unbelievably quick and easy to do.

ImageImageImageImageImage

Its really natural! All I used for the eyes was a copper eyeshadow, and some brown eyeliner, and a few swipes of mascara. For the face, I lightly contoured, and used a tan-terracotta blush. For the lips, I used a coral tinted gloss. (If you want any of the exact products listed from any of my posts, let me know)! πŸ˜‰ I hope you liked this! Take care!<Lucy πŸ˜€
